Haier ranked first in "Chinese Electronics Company 100"
Staff: The result of the 18th Survey of Chinese Electronics Company 100 was recently announced and Haier, achieving an annual revenue RMB80.6 billion, was ranked first in "Chinese Electronics Company 100".
Reportedly, professionals of China's electronics and IT industry have long been concerned about this survey, hoping that some Chinese companies ascend Fortune Global 500. Haier's current annual revenue is just USD400 million less than the minimum rate required by the Fortune Global 500.
Lou Qinjian, China's Information Industry Vice Minister was quoted as saying that, Chinese central government encourages local companies to expand business scales and is determined to help 2 Chinese companies enter Fortune Global 500 by the year 2005 and 4 by the year 2008.
