Haier refrigerators given the Certificate of Export Goods Exempt from Quality I.. Based upon strict tests carried out by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (GAQSIQ), Haier has been issued the Certificate of Export Goods Exempt from Quality Inspections for refrigerator exports on August 18, symbolizing that a Green Channel has been in operation for Haier refrigerators. GAQSIQ director Yuan Changxiang, Haier president Yang Mianmian and vice president Chai Yongsen attended the ceremony for awarding Haier the certificate.
