Business Weenalist DexterT Roberts "Votes" While Visiting Haier Mr. DexterT Roberts, the journalist of Business Week Beijing Office visited Haier on March 5 and interviewed Haier CEO Zhang Ruimin, discussing over increasing competition Chinese companies face. The interview was conducted in a pleasant atmosphere. "I wish to visit Haier once every 6 months in the future as I think my visits to Haier in the past were very fruitful," said Mr. DexterT Roberts. Mr. Zhang promised to welcome his future visits. Before the interview, Mr. DexterT Roberts strolled in Haier's showroom and was deeply impressed by Haier products. At 2003 Haier Global Executive Conference, he gave his votes to both Haier drum washing machine and wine cooler, saying "I like these appliances."
