On the August 27 issue, the Japanese newspaper "Japanese Economic & Industrial News" carried an article covering an interview with Mr. Zhang Ruimin, CEO of the Haier Group. The Haier's strategy ¨Ddon't fight a price war but launch a money-for-value campaign - was highly spoken of in the article and regarded as a strategy for the flagship in the Chinese information and technology industry.
