Sales Administration & Operations Executive
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or similar field
· Responsible to provide end-to-end administrative and sales operations support to the Sales Team.
· Responsible to assist the Sales Team in responding to feedback and queries from dealers and distributors.
· Responsible to liaise with the Logistics Team on goods delivery.
· Responsible to manage and tabulate sales commission and incentive, and prepare reports on sales achievement.
· Responsible to assist the Sales Team on monthly submission on fixed and variable forecast and to manage forecast on product incentive.
· Responsible to assist the Sales Team on managing and controlling the billing, collection and overdue AR.
· Responsible to manage the Team’s documentation and administrative task as well as ensure a proper filling system for easy retrieval.
· Responsible to assist the Team in providing monthly Sales Report to the Headquarters.
· Responsible for any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
