Job description:

Sales Management

  • - Develop sales strategies to expand business in the assigned dealers with sales manager. Aim for positive business growth and healthy expansion.

  • - Plan sales & marketing activities to strengthen our branding awareness / presence in the assigned dealers.

  • - Keep abreast with the  development and competition in the assigned dealers. Feed these information to respective Heads of department as and when required.

  • - Ensure HQ sales objectives and  sales strategies are carried out accordingly at dealer level.

  • - Ensure achieving monthly sales  target set by management


Account Receivables

  • - Responsible to ensure that the  AR’s performance of the Branches is up to date and closely monitored.

  • - All payment collection must be collected within stipulated period.

  • - Ensure compliance with the Credit policies and liaise with Credit Control on payment collection             performance and issues.


Stock Management

  • - Provide accurate sales forecast   and maintain healthy stock inventory at all times and follow company guide  line in Stock Holding.

  • - Maintain and monitor demo stock   within Company’s requirement. Minimize obsolete stock and slow moving  stocks


Administration

  • - Ensure that daily functions in  accordance with Company’s guides and policies. Disseminate sales      information to dealers and gather market feedback from dealers.

 

Any other duties

  • - Undertake any other  responsibility that is given / assigned by the Management and provide  support to HODs at all times.


Job Requirements:

  • - Candidate must possess at least  a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma,      Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • - At least 3 year(s) of working  experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • - Must be proactive, able to work  independently, good interpersonal skill, extrovert, able to work under    pressure and committed.

  • - Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

  • - Full-Time position(s) available.
