Haier Established Strategic Cooperation Relation with German Testing Institute .. M¨¹hlheim-Lämmerspiel German, Jan 23, 2008--The strategic cooperation signing ceremony was held in M¨¹hlheim-Lämmerspiel in German on January 21, 2008. Haier washing machine carried out strategic cooperation with VDE, one of famous testing institutes in German, to entrust VDA with all-around test for Haier products exporting to Europe, especially new products. The objective of this action is to expand Haier Europe market, improve Haier brand image and provide European customers with high-quality and high-value-added products Mr. Jaeger Wilfried, Administration Chairman of VDE and Mr. Cao Chunhuang, Vice president of Haier Group, participated in the signing ceremony. Mr. Zhai Qian, economic counselor at Frankfurt consulate in China embassy was also invited to participate in the signing ceremony. Some famous overseas media, such as Phoenix Satellite TV, Germany Chinese Merchant Paper, and CE Electronics, famous German magazine focus on home appliance industry, made whole reports for the signing ceremony. The VDE Testing and Certification Institute is accredited on an international level for the area of testing and certification of electrotechnical equipment, components and systems. Testing of electro technical products is conducted for safety, electromagnetic compatibility and other characteristics.
