Initiation of Standard Drafting for China Call Center Technology and Operationa..
Recently, CNCCA of China Electronic Chamber of Commerce held a press conference with Ministry of Information Industry to announce the Initiation of Standard Drafting for China Call Center Technology and Operational Management. As the sole representative of domestic manufacturers, Haier Customer Service Center will take part in the formulation of this national standard, mainly in charge of the standard drafting for call center service of manufacturing industry.
It is reported that this standard is the first of its kind in China to deal with call center technology and management. It will serve as one of the most important bases to standardize the call center service nationwide.
