Zhang Ruimin Wins Philanthropy Awards

Zhang Ruimin Wins Philanthropy Awards Haier CEO Zhang Ruimin received two great awards on September 6 from the United Way International (UWI): "Global Outstanding Business Leader" and "Best Donator". It is reported that Zhang Ruimin is the first person in China to get these honors. Haier Group attaches much importance to the development of social public services. By far, the group has donated a total of 130 million RMB to the society. Recommended by the municipal charity federation and examined by the China Charity Federation, the UWI decided to award the prizes to Mr. Zhang.
